For children who have NOT had a full speech pathology assessment before or an assessment was completed over 12 months ago.

Includes: Assessment session, analysis and interpretation of assessment results, planning for therapy, initial client administration, progress notes and full detailed report.

For children who have had a full speech pathology assessment and report completed in the last 12 months.

Includes: Initial appointment, planning for therapy, initial client administration and progress notes. NO report included.

Includes: A 30 minute speech pathology session & 15 minutes administration time for session planning, preparation and progress notes.

Includes: A 45 minute speech pathology session & 15 minutes administration time for session planning, preparation and progress notes.

Includes: A 30 minute session with a Speech Pathology Assistant & 15 minutes administration time for session planning with a speech pathologist, preparation and progress notes.

Includes: A 45 minute session with a Speech Pathology Assistant & 15 minutes administration time for session planning with a speech pathologist, preparation and progress notes.

100% of appointment fees will be charged for all no shows and cancellations within 48 hours.

All additional reports, including for NDIS Plan Reviews, will be charged per hour
