Fees and Funding

We know cost is often one of the first questions families have. Here's an overview of what's involved and the funding options that may help. 

Fees depend on the type of appointment (initial appointment or ongoing session), the length of the session, and whether you see a Speech Pathologist or a Principal Speech Pathologist. 

Initial appointments include time for assessment, analysis and a written report; ongoing sessions include planning and progress note time. A full breakdown of current fees is available on our detailed pricing page. 

Private Health Insurance

Many private health funds offer rebates for speech pathology. Claims can be made at the time of your appointment using HICAPS, which supports all major Australian health funds. Check your level of cover with your provider. 

Medicare

We accept referrals under the GP Chronic Condition Management Plan and M10 Item Group, which provide a Medicare rebate for a set number of allied health sessions. Ask your GP whether your child is eligible. 

NDIS

We're a Non-Registered NDIS Provider and can see self-managed and plan-managed participants.
